S/P Subacromial Decompression
Subacromial Decompression Protocol
PROM, advance to active assisted ROM and to active ROM as tolerated. Rotator cuff/parascapular muscle strengthening, advance as tolerated. Strengthening may commence within the first several weeks as motion improves. Advance to functional rehabilitation as tolerated.
